German Debating Championships

In continuing their excursion to the german debating landscape, the Tilbury delegation did a great job at the German debating Championship. Bianca Sterly & Sebastian Hagemann topped the tab after seven premliminary rounds with a record breaking 18 out of 21 possible points. Poised to make it to the final they unfortunately came short of that goal as they were hold back in the quarter finals.
Assen Kochev & Tillman Schrammel pushed it one step further as they made it to the semifinals before their run ended just short of the very last round.

Esther Reinert joined the two teams as a judge and made the break as one of the best judges at the championship.
