Spiritual Father
Elliot Gold, European Champion 2001 & First Debater of the Inner Temple, introduced the British Parliamentary system to Tilbury House. During many visits to Cologne he helped put Tilbury House firmly in the British tradition. |

1st President
Christoph Buss served as deputy to Paul Drew-Bear for many years. He took Tilbury House from a mere seminar in the winter to a full-blown student initiative.

 | Matthias Kehrig Vice President
Matthias Kehrig was pivotal in introducing professional British debating standards at Tilbury House. He established the connection to Elliot Gold. In addition, he authored most of the course material and is the father of our organizational structure (rules and constitution). |

 | Fabian Dittrich 4th President
Fabian Dittrich lead Tilbury House through its transition period after Paul Drew-Bear's departure and tripled its size. He established a firm framework of classes and competitions and made "British Debating" an official course at the university. |
